About Collectcorp


Collectcorp is a privately owned and operated, accounts receivable and call centre management agency. Incorporated in Ontario in 1978 under the original name of Collectrite, the Company later changed its name to Collectcorp. Over the past 31 years Collectcorp has grown significantly.  Currently we have 10 offices worldwide, including: 5 in Canada, 3 in the U.S., and 1 in Australia. Our corporate office is located in Toronto, Ontario, the financial capital of Canada.

Our strategically located call centres allow us to serve a vast range of local, national and international, private and public sector organizations; primarily within three industry groupings: financial, government and utility. We serve a smaller base of clients than mass marketing agencies, focusing on the largest credit granting institutions. This provides our clients with the satisfaction of knowing that their accounts receive the maximum attention and dedicated resources.
